Customer Service First
Since 2016, I have been involved in the pool business. I come from a concrete background, and we obtained lots of experience working around the pool industry. What I observed was lots of customers would complain about their pool contractor and their sub-contractors. The lawn was a total wreck. Shrubs damaged. Ditches left open. A muddy mess. Because of what I saw, I decided to go to university and obtain an actual pool building degree.
I took action because I knew the industry was completely wide open for reliability and excellent customer service. We believed we could do the job more professionally, with less mess, and less sub-contractors. Because of this belief, there are three things we do here at Apex Watershape, Inc:
1) We design for your needs and wants.
2) We build from grass to grass: start to finish: plain lawn to complete oasis. You will feel like you are on vacation every time you step outside!
